Description:
The extension of Kalkbraenderihavnen, including development of the district plan, will have a positive impact on the area in the future.
The Masterplan will establish an architectonical coherent outdoor area and a waterfront with public admittance. A promenade with trees and a surface changing between wood and concrete supplemented with a furnishing consisting of simple benches in wood, litter bins and plinths to sit on. The access to the waterfront will be through a private public road. Furthermore, there will be parking space and open spaces, which through illumination and plantation will link the entire area together.
